Overview

In today’s increasingly connected world, it is more important than ever to understand and adapt to changes in users’ behaviours, environments and needs. Agile approaches help teams focus on working at pace and focusing on quality, but to ensure we build the right things requires a discovery mind-set. QA’s Design Thinking Workshop fulfils this gap and aims to help professionals across industry to develop and refine the skills needed to emphasise, understand and respond to the complex relationship between end users and products or services.

This two-day immersive learning experience blends group activity with discussion to explore the creative process of Design Thinking enabling a practical grasp of the mind-set, methodology and principles.

During the event, learners will explore sector-specific case studies that highlight the do's and don'ts of service design and product development when using Design Thinking.

The workshop will equip learners with the fundamental skills required to apply Design Thinking in their own working environment.
